Im 16 male Ive been trying to go to body recomposition and lose body fat and im going to a new country in about 3 months, im pretty sure im at 20% as of now, for two weeks I've been following a calorie deficit and drinking 3-4 liters of water and I've been in the gym following this split (ill put a picture) I've been on the stair master for 20 minutes straight on level 7 and 8 and also lift kinda good (I lowk weak ash my bench is horrendous like I bench around 65). If you guys have any tips on how to lose fat in 3 months and get lean please PLEASE let me know and also let me know if its cope tryna get lean in 3 months😭

I see no issue with your workout split but it 2026 and your still doing a deficit there are way faster ways to get lean

I recommend you read the botb fat loss thread

u can easily get lean in 2 months if u really want to. but you have to basically starvemaxx while training if u want to naturally

do every other day or maybe 2-3 times a week
