Seriously give me every little detail. Need to loose my cheekfat
 
You should be careful not to go too fast.Because you don’t want to burn muscle and burning fat has a limit.
This is the type of stuff you might regret later.

Going to the gym and working out as well as cutting is the best of course.
Take precautions regarding slipping back into bad eating habits.While you are motivated now you might have doubts.

Make sure to take necessary supplements as well and watch out for electrolytes too

Since you are going low calories you should arrange your macros,don’t just eat carbs.Your body will need nutrients more then ever.

Body fat loss is mainly patience and effort.

Also since you are going for facial aesthetics you should learn about bloat and water retention.Water weight in face causes a similar effect to that of fat.So learn how to get rid off it as well.Low carb intake,high water intake,sodium/potassium balance and moderate sodium consumption are needed.

First half of the day - mostly carbs, proteins + vegetables in the second half. Consume 10-15% fewer calories/day. Most calories should be consumed in the first half of the day.

@FuckMyLife try to workout well without forgetting squats, deadlifts, neck curls. Also do a good amount of cardio to strengthen your heart and increase your everyday stamina, Eat a lot of protein and fiber: eggs, wholegrain cereals, skimmed milk derivatives, legumes if you love meteorism. Don't forget to omega3 and vitamin supplements.

Calorie deficit. You need to keep working out & eating your bodyweight in protein to maintain the most muscle possible.

cardio, eat at a deficit. if you're really lazy then DNP
 
Idiot-proof way to get ripped is to eat pretty much nothing but animal protein and water, take loads of stims. Basically how bodybuilders would cut up in the 70s/80s/90s (Kevin Levrone was known to eat nothing but tilapia fish leading up to a show). It's the only food source that is genuinely satiating if you eat enough protein. Like try eating over 100g of protein (meat/fish/eggs etc) in a single meal, you will be full for 24 hours probably.

Lift weights at least 3 days a week + -500 calorie deficit

egg whites are great for protein I get 48g a day from that alone when I’m feeling lazy (1 cup whites + 3 eggs)
