losing faith in my skin

ive been struggling with acne for so long now and i thought i'd finally found a solution with 0.1% tretinoin but to be honest its results have been disappointing, i had an initial purge at the beginning within the first week or so and it stayed stagnant for a little while until up to 1 month on it now switching to daily use and its just gotten worse. idk whether or not to just keep faith in it, or just give in to accutane, any advice?

I wouldve done accutane first.

But just keep doing it for now. When it is daily is when it starts to get better.

hopefully man, i just wished id atleast have chosen for tazarotene first but tretinoin is just so researched and popular and tbh i was fear mongering sides of accutane too much a while back. thanks for the advice tho ill keep pushing brother
