Look, if i start losing a lot of fat even tho i don't have much mass and start building muscle, is this a good approach? You see all those fitness models have unbelivably lean faces, not because of genetics but because of low bodyfat, is this the right approach for me to have face as lean as theirs if so how?
Keep in mind i'm already on the lighter side but my bodyfat is not that low as of one of these guys
Look at david laid, you cannot tell me that his lean face is thanks to his bones because he arguably doesn't have that much of a bonemass. Now i know david laid is a crazy example but if he werent so lean he wouldn't have that defined of a face.
