Losing fat on nose

my face is getting leaner but my nose is puffy as FUCK. I'm drinking enough but its all fat on my nose. The actual BONE is small and straight as fuck but my nose looks way bigger than it is due to fat on it. Is there surgery for this or wtf?

No fat on noses so it's probably thick skin.

Many rhinoplasty surgeons will refuse to work with thick skinned noses. Really common in ethnics. Cartilage is not often the cause of bulbous or fatty looking noses.
