Losing FIFTY pounds

This isn't for me but for a friend.

Me and my friend are locking in and have been consistent in the gym, but he's 5'6 and 215 lbs, around 35-40% body fat and wants to see as much transformation as possible as quick as possible (as any sane person wants), especially BEFORE schools begins again at end of august. Even being in the gym and on reta, it's harder for him to see progress than for me. The only changes we've so far have been the weight he moves. We've looked into DNP, HGH, Test, Clen, Var, and find mixed reviews for everything (except test we're definitely doing that).

What will help him the most, the test will help a lot with muscle, but what's the point of muscle if it's all just covered by fat:lul::lul:??? He said he's into the idea of 200mg maybe 300mg of DNP a day, and 4iu hgh. He also claims the Reta barely helps him (idk why)

Can somebody please help him, I don't wanna have him rope and then have to be his pallbearer. :feelswhy::feelswhy:

if ur still in puberty take HGH and forget dont even train its just a waste of energy for the body and will stunt height be at a healthy bodyfat so around 15% (you needs to cut) and then take HGH till your out of puberty
 
increase reta focus on cardio :CuteDog:
also thats a ridiculously low gh dose
