losing muscle/size, how do i fix? (could be due to bad sleep/diet)

i used to be so much bigger this year, filling out all my clothes but ever since i fucked up my sleep ive been losing a lot of muscle mass.

anyway i can gain my lost muscle back?
 
have good sleep take magnesium or melatonin
also have enough protien
give solution

track calories, take supplements, get enough protein, and if you can’t sleep, take magnesium glycinate, l-theanine, and maybe melatonin, but i dont recommend melatonin because it can mess up your circadian rytham. So just do the typical avoid blue light before bed, make sure room is pitch black, maybe even add some background noise, and make sure your room is as cold as you can sleep comfortably.
