Will exercising or consuming caffeine prevent you from getting bloated after eating alot of salt?

If you eat 3000 mg of sodium you can easily lose that by doing cardio and taking caffeine. It's alot easier to do that instead of eating potassium in a 4:1 ratio.

But will this also prevent you from getting bloated or should you avoid consuming that much sodium so you can follow the ratio instead?

avoid consuming sodium, and sugars/carbs to debloat

yes, exercising/sweating and drinking water helps debloat bc it flushed the sodium out

Caffeine is a mild diuretic, but tbh, if you really care about it that much you should just get a potassium powder supplement online.

With that you should be drinking 4L+ water optimally, eat less carbs and sugars + lower sodium, I wouldn't know why you'd need to eat 3g of sodium in a day anyways
