Is it water retention or am i coping by thinking my nose would be better with debloat and weightloss?

The nose has lots of sebaceous glands and accutane shrinks sebaceous glands.

It won't give you a rhino but you can slim it down a bit.

and the same will happen if u put hydrocortisone on ur nose

only way to actually change ur nose shape is a rhino

Losing weight will have beyond minimal effects on your objective nose width. Hop on Accutane asap I myself started at 60mg daily and it shrunk my nose in 2 weeks. It's very helpful I fully suggest make sure to take at least 30 g of fat before every dose. Keep it at 30 g of fat no matter how small or large your dose is. I'm not suggesting rhino because its water and from your thread it doesn't seem like you're currently considering it. (mark me solution bhai it's the check mark on the right)
