Holy shit, losing weight is so easy with both nicotine and caffeine, pop in a coffee in the morning, when you start getting hungry (around 3-4) pop in a nicotine patch (snus), go u til the evening and eat your one meal a day. Lost over 9kg like this in around 1.5 months, fucking peak.
