Im 187cm 112kg and im trying to lose weight for prom. Recently i got fat throughout the years i've been trying all kinds of diets + training kickboxing but i saw no results. Im planning to try one meal per day + cardio can ya'll give me some tips to lose weight im planning to drop to 80 - 90kg

1 meal per day its gonna be hard to maintain so just track calories for a bit make sure u are in a calorie deficit and add cardio. and take reta

its extremely hard to find reta in my country tried a couple times but couldnt find it.
