Help this is a serious topic
I cannot gain weight for shit, every time i get a little bit of bulk its quickly lost and the heaviest i've clawed up to was 76 kg, i exercise a lot but it doesn't seem to help me put on mass at least reasonably quickly

currently for the past month or so i've been eating healthy whole foods and lots of meat and avoiding slop, along with other good habits but i've noticed i literally fell down to 73kg :feelswhy::feelswhy:

what can i do? I'm not skinny but i can't tolerate being victim weight, advice would be appreciated

You need to drink calories, try raw milk

You can also take IGF-1 or MK677 you'll become so hungry you'll binge on everything you see trust bro

Eat high calorie dense foods like steak, get yourself a good medium sized steak and thats alr like 400-500 cal,
I also recommend asking chatgpt to make you a diet plan with the amount of calories you need daily

If you can’t rack up weight I’d say start slowly so one week will be like 2300 then the next 2400 then the next 2500 continue continue
