I cleared one of the most competitive tests in the country. Did not sleep for 3 nights in a row to do my work, coded an entire ML project myself from start to end, bagged a super dream internship, tan marathons and come in top 10 with just a week's preparation but I can't lose weight. One of the most toughest things I've ever done is trying to lose weight. Shit is fucking brutal. Why does it have to be like this.

I lost like 2 kg and only lost upper body fat JFL no face or leg fat lost

I'm this close to ordering ozempic and dnp. I sick of this shit. The hunger pangs I have drive me insane.

I try to maintain a deficit. But I immediately feel mad hungry after a intense workout cardio session. I tried to not eat until my workout and then get calories for the day after my workout kinda like OMAD but I always end up feeling hungry at night and cant sleep because of it
 
If you had a cute white girl motivating you, would you be able to do it?

so you need to decrease hunger

you either need to increase the calories
or
eat more filling foods

you can also do both, depending on how much wiggle room you have with your calorie restriction

vegetables, soup, low-fat meats, egg whites are some that i can some up with at the top of my head
zero-sugar sauces are a good way to make your low cal food taste better

in general, its easy to stomach eating bland food over tolerating hunger, one is just the absence of pleasure, while the other is pain

also drinking zero calorie caffeinated drinks makes you less hungry

I genuinely don’t understand how you have the motivation and work ethic you do tbh.
Maybe I’m just soft. I find it hard to even get started with stuff and I lose motivation almost as soon as it appears.

eh. I dont know about this one. I eat an exclusively all raw meat carnivore diet and I still cant lose weight. I ate 3lbs of beef today and its only 11am.

Take him with a grain of salt, though. He is arguably the most blackpilled person on this site, believing heavily in genetic determinism.

Being a skinny fat is the destiny of lot of codder, try to not use a chair when u code like stand up

Same Im literally dying on my cut and only down 5 pounds in 3 weeks jfl, cutting is both the easiest and hardest thing tbh. Easiest because its the absolute best looksmax besides surgery, literally just dont eat and you can ascend a whole tier in some cases, but god damn its hard to be starving and not give in. It goes against every instinct you have as a human to be surrounded by so many calories and not put them in your body

Yeah I think you need to be around 1500 or so depending on your previous maintenance.
i need to stop eating like the worthless fat piggy slut I am so I an get to 140lbs finally

Just track calories bro, weight loss is literally mathematics. Buy a food scale and track your macros with an app (I use LoseIt app)

It's easy and you can scan barcodes of the food you buy and the app logs the calories per serving.

I eat 1500 calories per day and track using the app.

Standing up all day is a stupid solution for it, just go for a nice walk outside in the breaks + vitamine D tablets and medicine

You can walk in a treadmill, or buy a standing desk or some shit. You only need like 30 minutes light cardio a day to be healthy.

You guys just have bad genetics.
It's doable but I think we need to avoid bad fats and carbs altogether. I wonder if Desis unironically could benefit the most from raw diets.

Yea it’s brutal everyone just says don’t eat like I’ve starved untill I lost 35lbs and look the same if not worse. I even blasted dnp (one of the most dangerous and infamous fucking drugs) as a last resort and it did nothing. After this cycle I am going to do tren / winstrol in the fall
