Just don't bother, if you don't have the genetics for low bf you Will eventually go back to higher bf. I've seen the shit that naturally lean people eat, it's all ice cream and McDonald's lol

boost metabolism, thryoid, androgens to support muscle building n fat loss state. just slightly cut carbs to be in slight defecit, low carbs n fat will rape ur androgens, lose muscle. avoid pufa, eat gelatinous meat, i put gelatin jelly powder when cooking, bone broth. ghee, eggs very good for saturated fat n cholestrol which r precursors. bit of pufa in eggs can take apsirin after.

mental aspect very important too, testosterone is raised by being better, defeating others, winning in competition. others lose so one can win, thats the nature in this cruel world, blame the game. itll make u low inhib, feel good too, cure depression n answer to good life imo

i think for u, eat around 300 defecit. macros mainly fat like 40 fat 30 carb 30 protein. pufa fat causes inflammation lowers androgens so avoid, keep minimal. saturated, mono fat like ghee, butter, animal fat( animal should be grassfed, cornfed has pufa), extra virgin olive oil is good. cholesterol is precursor to androgens, low cholestorol will lower androgens, eggs is good source ppl have raised test just from increasing eggs, vince gironda diet. simple carbs, starches like rice is good, sugar is more advanced, than refined n processed like bread, gluten esp very bad.

then micronutrients etc is boron, zinc, magnesium, selenium, glycine, vitamins, minerals. explained more in articles for this.

vert diet is pre good n cheap, low fodmap for gut health which impacts mental very heavily, i do more advanced form tailored to my personal needs

retard. in some aspects you are correct. maintaining weight loss can be hard if youre body has been at a certain body fat for an extensive period of time. however if you lean down and dont binge like a faggot, you can eat whatever and not gain.

why call me retard bro? i'm just saying that most lean people don't struggle at all to get to that point, they just eat until they're full and shit it all 30 minutes after. i know a guy who tries his best to not look like a twink yet he cannot gain a single kilo no matter how much he eats.

follow diet i gave as base, modify accordingly. read that article, not fully, dont need to know the science just skip to his recommendations, n vids when got time. hiit is better than long endurance, esp on low calories, release too much cortisol, that feeling good state afterwards is lie jfl, just endorphins mega stressed state. i know alot bout this coz i stunted growth low calorie vegan diet when young, over exercise soccer, running cross country. i was little retard working too hard than smart n fucked myself thinking i was doing good, was clinically underweight high stress subhuman

For leanmaxxing, my preferred method is double cardio.

In the early morning I go for runnning, with jogging when I get too tired to run.
In the late night (11-12), I go for a light jog.

Maintaining a non-sedentary lifestyle in between the jogs, with the addition of weightlifting, has worked for me and got me from 225 down to 175 in under a month.
