idc about muscle just need to lose weight considering just straight up starving and "starting over" from a lean body any tips so i dont die and how can i make this fucking shit bearable

Eat your protein daily
 
just work out now why would you wait to be lean when you can work out then when your lean have muscle and it’s a calorie deficit nigger eat filling foods
 
Caloric defecit only answer. I lost like 5kg in 1-2 weeks by just drinking water all day and eating like one meal a day most days and sometimes nothing at all. Personally i felt fine but yeah its probably pretty bad for you. I wasnt working out at all, just eating less.

Probably just wants to be thinner now and you cant really build much muscle if any if you are in a big deficit. Once your thin enough you can just start working out then and not have to worry too much about calories.

i gained all my muscle in a deficit since i did both when i first started you absolutely can and it’s not that hard tbh

ur right but some people just rather start skinny because you can see your progress better and there is less stuff to worry about when cutting. When i was working out while cutting it just got really demotivating when i couldnt see any of my progress due to there being fat in the way and i couldnt lose the fat fast because then i would lose muscle aswell.

also drink alot of caffeine, it helps suppress appetite alot.
