Height: 6’4
Weight before carnivore: 205 pounds
Diet before carnivore:
2.3k calories a day, in a deficit still but losing around 2 pounds a week, eating about 65% carbs (lots of pasta, fruits, sweet potatoes) and 35% animal products (mostly lean chicken but some eggs and milk too)
Diet on Carnivore (current):
2.1k calories a day consisting of mostly beef, eggs, milk and some seafood and a chicken breast every other day or so
Checked my weight at night randomly still fully clothed and I haven’t checked it in 2 weeks and I weighed in at 190, friends also commented on how I’m looking “jacked” which normies can’t differentiate between lean and jacked so I assume they just noticed the drop in weight.
I know it’s probably mostly water from the lack of carbs but still my face looks a lot leaner, I feel less tired throughout the day and most importantly I’m able to be in a deficit without feeling starved (I have a natural inclination towards eating more as opposed to eating less like skinny dudes)
Hit upper yesterday and didn’t lose a single rep on any of my usual working sets so gym performance hasn’t taken a toll at all.
