I lost 20 kg in 2 months from starvemaxxing. Literally anyone who says u need the gym to lose weight is retarded, yeah it helps to lose weight faster but not eating is legit the best way imo

same here went from 81kg to 59 kg in 4 months, now im 73 kg lean, wouldnt ever deprive myself like thta ever again tho
