Your abs need cutting but your dark circles need to be your #1 priority. Go to a doctor and have them do bloodwork, check your iron and other levels, and also go to an ENT and have them look at your nose and allergies. Any more cutting before you fix your eye area will just make it worse.

I have chronic allergies and a deviated septum. I think I should seriously look into getting a septoplasty at minimum, as it would in all likelihood be covered by insurance. I mesh, look at the discoloration… this can’t be just due to infraorbital recession, right?

Anyway, I will say that weight gain or loss has made virtually no difference in the prominence of my dark circles, which is odd

Your orbitals are fine, you would have scleral show and negative canthal tilt if they were that bad.

Definitely go to an ENT. I had a septo-turbinoplasty last year and it made my sinus headaches go away almost entirely, that and supplementing beef liver capsules has really helped my eye area.

There’s sunkenness there because your eyes are very deep set. But there’s no question about this, your dark circles are the sign of a medical problem, you need to seek medical help for them.

Yeah, I’ve always just assumed it was solely a bone issue but that purple and yellowish tint screams otherwise. Should probably see an allergist tbh. I know all my other labs are fine
