Around 5 days ago i was 65 kg at 185cm (in the morning),today i weighed at 62 kg. All i did was intermediate fasting. Lets say that you had your last meal at 8pm and you wake up at 8am, that's already 12 hours of fasting,but if u dont eat in the morning instead eat at 1 pm thats 16-17 hours of fasting,and if u pair it with cardio you will see changes in no time
