Lost 3 kilos in 2 days. Help

Went to the doctors and turns out i have meningitis or smth, they injected 2 bottles of paracetamol via iv drip. Ive been sick for the past 2 days and lost 3 whole fucking kilos. I told the doctor and she couldnt care less tbh. Should i be concerned??

meningitis is a tough disease, u should care more about your health rather than your physique in this case
