Hey for honest advice on improving my lower face.
I’ve leaned out a lot (used to be ~215 lbs), 150lbs now, so my face is noticeably slimmer now, but I think I’m left with a bit of loose skin and some residual fullness in the lower cheeks/jaw area.
I’m considering buccal fat removal, specifically not full removal, more like 2/3 reduction to get a sharper and more defined look without going too hollow. Do you think that’s a good idea for someone in my situation at 21 or would that risk making the loose skin more noticeable?
Also, since there might be some mild skin laxity from weight loss, would something like Morpheus8 (RF microneedling) actually help tighten things enough to make a difference? Or is that more cope and not strong enough for this area?
Goal is a sharper lower face/jawline without looking aged or overdone. Open to blunt opinions.
