intermittent fasting 16-8
very low calorie intake (killed off my appetite with some snris; won't go on forever, though)
cut alcohol intake to 1l per day max

went from 113 to 105. obviously it's gonna get harder with every kg, but i'm getting there. it's not really that hard, tbh.

I keep getting fatter. Feels so disgusting seeing my belly when I shower, but my face still looks decent which makes me lazy. If I became bloated af there I would probably make an effort.
