Weight in kilogram:
Aiming for 84kg, then start using creatine again will probably bump me back to 85kg. Then get back to 84kg, before stopping my cut and start eating at maintenance which will put me back to 85kg due to increased energy/salt intake. Then try to get back some of the muscle/strength that I lost in the gym.
What I did is stop eating junkfood, sweets,chips, ice-cream, etc. But increase alcohol+caffeine consumption. I don't count calories.
