Lost a sub 3 good friend

So for the past semester I got really close to an obese ethnic facially recessed sub 3.
He never goes out always rots in his room
never even talks to his roomate
when I met him I knew it was the BP spoiling his life he had no idea whatsoever about it.
i still wanted to make him feel included despite of his severe looks discrepancy.
we used to drink together and watch movies i used to always sit w him in class.
but one day he finna snapped ,
like he just took off to his home during endsems didn't pick any of our calls.
he was visibly depressed because of his lifeless routine.
and then he came back he was so determined to change his life start going gym and softmaxes .
but he slowly gave up on the gym and got back to ldar in his room.
i was ready to fund him reta so he'll feel better.
2 days back I went to his room
it was locked just like that he dropped out of the college and isn't picking any of my calls.
I am worried he might kill himself eventhough he's got no other way of cope.
i really wish the world wasn't this brutal.
