Family owns an organic supplement brand (they're pretty knowledgeable one of the doctors working for them follows guys like solbrah on twitter lmao)
Obviously I can't show the bottles but they just gave me a bunch of them they contain high quality high dose b vitamins and vitamins I never supplemented before like selenium or boron, and like 50 others
I've been taking them all for a few days and my sugar cravings are down to an all time low I don't feel stressed and I never feel hungry so I can eat exactly how much I want to, I must have had a deficiency that I was missing
Just take a bunch of high quality supplements theory is legit
