Lost facial fat, no sugar salt, or fatty food. Id like to call it progress, Look better than before but still not good enough

So I got a less rounded jaw and more facial definition, at least its something.

I'm still not able to match with white females who arnt fat but I guess I just dont have the type of looks required to get a screw in todays generation.. at least not with the type Im physically atracted to

But at least for now I've made some progress. Aiming to get fillers when I can afford If I get the money before it all goes south

i dont even know really why i post this stuff because people never have anything constructive to say but what the hell im bored..

any (actually grown up) people know how much further Id have to go to be considered attractive enough by white females of a decent BMI.. Or is my looks type too far from the goal one

look i never developed how to act around people because I never had the right exposure to people at a young age or growing up. Only negative experience constantly having to defend myself emotionally and physically so I learned to not trust people and therefore really limited my interactions with them as to minimalize negative confrontations and experiences. I'm not autistic, But I never learned how to act ''human'' properly.

Though thats beside the point as I can't get proper matches on picture based apps and sites, and am invisible around the female population, I dont get the chance to act good or bad

people cant really tell with clothes on, i used to go to gym but didnt make any difference. Most guys cant really get that defined and have abs naturally which is what itd take to really make a difference. even if I had got to that level and roided noone would know unless I walked around half naked like that asshole condor murphy

Dude your bone structure and coloring are good, it's your hairstyle, eyebrows, and expression you make with your eyes that really mess you over. Fix these and you should be fine, there are people who look way worse than you who do good with girls.

Easy fix tbh. You have thinnish lips so a lip lift would fix your mouth area. Minoxidil (I believe it's called) for your eyebrows to make them thicker and potential a Rhino for your nose tip to make it less pronounced.

You need to gymmax if you want to become more attractive than women, for people who are not recessed and don't have an underbite, the #1 way to looksmax is to gain 30 lbs of muscle in 2-3 years, and then if you still can't get laid, you can do surgeries. In your case though, gymmaxxing will be enough.

You need to get to around (for 1RM, for higher reps it is a bit less):

31 bodyweight hanging leg raises (Lower Abs)
100 lb weighted chin-up (Lats and biceps)
150 lb barbell bicep curl (Biceps)
150 lb lying tricep extension (Triceps)
200 lb overhead press (Shoulders)
200 lb neck curl (Neck)
235 lb wrist curl (Forearms)
250 lb bent-over Row (Lats)
270 lb standing cable crunch (Upper abs)
300 lb bench press (Chest)
385 lb barbell calf raises (Calves)
400 lb squat (Quads)
450 lb deadlift (Hamstrings, Lower back and Glutes)

With only those 13 exercises, you can get muscular in your entire body and end up with no weaknesses. Other exercises that you will see included into programs and exercise variations are really not necessary and just complicate things because you would need to learn a new technique every time. The compound movements (bench press, bent-over row, chin-up, overhead press, squat and deadlift) will give you most of your muscle mass, but the isolation exercises will make sure that you end up with 0 weaknesses.

Start the workout with compound movements, and end with isolation lifts. Split the program into a 5 day upper lower with 3x upper and 2x lower. Train using high volume and the same exercises each time in 4-8 rep range for compound movements and 8-12 for isolation exercises.

If done properly, you can build most of your muscle mass (25-30 lbs) in your first 2-3 years, that will be enough to get laid on tinder.

unless id use steroids id be too old by the time i got that progress. i dont have 2 or 3 years for that app, im already at the edge of my youth and am already alot older than people in bars who are likely around 18 - 23 maybe 24. 30 something is too old

i do wish i could go back to doing gym stuff though, it never made me physically look much different when id go 4 to 5 days but i liked going, well when it was only guys there

Try relaxing your brow a bit and give a smirk or smile, learn how to take pictures and start microneedling your face cause you have some wrinkles/texture seems a little bad.

With that being said you're definitely average/above average so you shouldn't be having a problem looks wise, I think people are probably just put off by your pictures.
