Anyway in short I'd do:
1. Get a job (any). Save some money
2. Learn some high demand skills. Job market is dogshit but there are still some opportunities in fields like plumber etc
3. Try to get a better paid job after 2 is at an acceptable level. Preferably move to a new city to start a new life away from your parents
4. Try to connect to ppl
5. Fix misc shit meanwhile (diet sleep looks mentality etc)

Good luck and if you’re serious about it prepare to grind HARD for 1-2 years at least
