So basically i lost my premolar in a fight and im getting a bone graft/dental implant done, basically im wondering if ill be fine or will i descend?

Im just doing so my smile doesnt look stupid and for bone loss cause i have a 12 tooth smile so if i dont get it there be a gap in my smile
