Anyone else suffering from this?
I just have complete apathy for sex and don't go out of my way to speak to women.
Honestly don't even speak to other people at all, I avoid any IRL human contact.

I think I have low dopamine, how to fix this?

Have a similar issue. Avoid sexual interaction after ED struck my last two lays. Heard Testmaxxing helps but don't have the means to do it yet

I guess no fap and try to quit videogames or play it less and get more hobbies etc.
