it is but whats the point of being sad for reasons like that? my great grandpa killed himself after fighting in ww1 and ww2 due to survivors guilt or something like that. like thats a decent reason. compared to me, I just wanted to die cause I didnt get my damn noodle wet when I was a teen

I think the only way to cope is to have something later in life that others don't have. For example, most have shitty marriages/families, most become ugly, the majority never gets rich either.
If you manage to get a good wife (yeah I know it's difficult) and have a good relationship with your kids, that's more fulfillment than most people will have looking back at life. Or if you ascend and become Chad in your 30s and stay so for the next decades, you could have as many FWB as you want while having no obligations, still much better than divorced or dead bedroomed oldcel Normies.
And of course, save and invest and retirement-mog the shit out of your peers, you will spend 20-30 years retired so it will be a long time. Better to live in luxury and traveling everywhere and being in perfect health than being poor and living in a retirement home while taking 80 pills a day.
