Lots of PTSD these days

I was so much more hopeful and optimistic last year around this time. I believed that things were gonna work out in the end. They didnt.

Now, i have suceeded in my goals but the illusion of hope is gone forever. Its been almost a year since i deleted my tinder back in october 2023, a year since i gave up.

I felt empty after doing that and now im even emptier so wtf is even left in me at this point? Not much haha.
