You are as of right now a mtn

Your good features:
eye area,Strong brows, nose,Good hair density, Decent symmetry, Acceptable jawline
Your flaws:
Chin projection / lower third, Hair framing
the face badly, Skin clarity, Jawline could be sharper, Slight soft facial appearance

Biggest Improvements (non-surgical)
Better haircut, less side bulk, more structure, Skin dermatology treatment for acne, Body composition, stay lean

Surgeries you might consider but wouldn't recommend
Sliding genioplasty Most likely improvement if chin projection truly weak.
Chin implant
Simpler alternative
Orthodontics
If bite or jaw alignment is slightly off.
Minor jaw contouring (rarely necessary)
Only if structural imbalance confirmed.

Grow it out for Layered curtains as a controlled middle part.
Uses the natural density you have.
Frames the cheekbones and eyes.
Doesn’t expose temples aggressively.

Important
The curtains must be soft and layered, not flat or greasy.
