5% bf? Bro you're 2% away from dying. I don't think your body, gives a crap about your cheeks.

I don't recommend you cutting any further.(You'll die if you're actually 3%*) but the goal of low bf, is being able to maintain it year round without feeling like crap. Also a lot of these machines that are used to measure body fat have a certain % error. The general "guess" is if your lower abs are visible without flexing,you're pretty lean. around 13%<x. Considering you're 17, you'll generally lose facial fat as you age, just keep working out, eating healthy, and sleeping good.
