get a blood test done. mine has always been very unstable. its either dangerously low or diabetes level high

That does not sound normal, get it checked out by a doctor. I only feel the shakes from low blood sugar if I didn't eat in a long time and esp if I have to do physical work hungry for some reason. But in 20 min after eating all symptoms are gone.
No one can tell you that online, your symptoms are very general and I don't think anyone here is a doctor. Even if we had a doc on .org its impossible to make diagnosis without an exam. It is not lifethreatening in the short term like a stroke or smth obv or you would be in trouble by now, just get it checked out soon.
i wouldnt panic before getting the test results back. but in general yes is important. i suffered a lot because of it and almost went into a coma as a kid. both too low and high blood sugar is dangerous but usually can be managed through lifestyle changes, especially if youre young
