In the low bodyfat picture his skin quality is WAY worse and his hair is parted in a way that shows more balding. He probably lost more hair as well from being in a calorie deficit.

You need to stay at that weight long enough for your skin to retighten and have good enough nutrition at that weight to regain the loss in skin quality from weight loss.

He also looks weak. He needs to regain lost muscle mass from weight loss.

You also have no idea what women see when they look at the 17% bodyfat guy on the right. Even if the woman is morbidly obese herself, she will consider that guy disgustingly fat and nauseatingly gross to look at.
