Nigga im stuck in mtn range. Im 20% bf. I cannot afford surgeries . Only way to me to ascend is to get low bodyfat. I really hope this shit ascend me because otherwise there no other shit that can save me ass.

if you live in 1st world country you have no reason to not be able to fund surgery
