I used to be very low body fat %, like 9-10% and while my jawline was sharp as fuck, my midface and zygos looked like melted cheese.
Now that I'm 45lbs extra, my body looks like absolute shit, but my midface and zygos have improved tremendously. It's like filler or fat grafts, but the natural result of over-eating due to depression and suicidal thoughts.

Dude the first 2 pics are 100% taken at a larger distance and perhaps non phone camera. The later pics are all selfies. Losing weight is not suddenly going to give you an elongated face like that or narrow your forehead. What the fuck.

its more about what you don't eat. You want to avoid any SUGAR, soy products, dairy, bread and shit. As far as my current testosterone level, im not sure. I got it tested a few months ago, and it was at around 900 ng/dl, which is high. I'm also 20 so its the peak of testosterone in males. Im going to assume my testosterone levels were a lot lower before i started gymcelling, I had typical low testosterone symptoms, low energy and fatigued, now i feel more alpha and high energy. Like i could scream at any given moment and go in a bestial frenzy.

Holy shit, 900 is really good.. Is raw dairy bad? There's so many people nowadays claiming raw dairy is good for you. Do you eat fruit though?

Sugar is poison in my eyes, although I will admit it's VERY hard to avoid completely and sometimes I give in to a banana or a sip of soda. fruit and sugar are just stored as fat, there is threads on it. Dairy products like milk could be okay occasionally but I choose to avoid them. Milk contains hormones that can mess with testosterone levels, bloat and give acne, also contains a lot of sugar and fats so milk and cheese are things I try to avoid

No you're right. I started at 152 im realistically 178-180 now. I didn't measure body fat before, but I know im 13% now (dexa scan) you would be suprised how fast you can gain naturally. I'm 20 years old and had never worked out before.
