i didnt lose weight, i started at 150 lbs i was an estrogen filled soy cuck because of diet and no exercise, gymcelled to 185 lbs lean muscle, and ate foods that were healthy and increased testosterone. the gym releases a lot of testosterone. I lost body fat. Started around 18-20% I'm at 13% now
imagine you at 8% holy shit you’re face is already defined as fuck
 
I used to be very low body fat %, like 9-10% and while my jawline was sharp as fuck, my midface and zygos looked like melted cheese.
Now that I'm 45lbs extra, my body looks like absolute shit, but my midface and zygos have improved tremendously. It's like filler or fat grafts, but the natural result of over-eating due to depression and suicidal thoughts.

its more about what you don't eat. You want to avoid any SUGAR, soy products, dairy, bread and shit. As far as my current testosterone level, im not sure. I got it tested a few months ago, and it was at around 900 ng/dl, which is high. I'm also 20 so its the peak of testosterone in males. Im going to assume my testosterone levels were a lot lower before i started gymcelling, I had typical low testosterone symptoms, low energy and fatigued, now i feel more alpha and high energy. Like i could scream at any given moment and go in a bestial frenzy.

No you're right. I started at 152 im realistically 178-180 now. I didn't measure body fat before, but I know im 13% now (dexa scan) you would be suprised how fast you can gain naturally. I'm 20 years old and had never worked out before.

First 2 pics were indeed long distance camera photos so my face looks less elongated, last 3 were selfies. Last photo only shows that kind of angularity because of lighting in the pic. Lighting can change the way your face looks completely.

Still going towards 12% once I find motivation again, but I want it more for body definition/abs and general health than facial gains at this point.

Ofcourse. I went from ~28% bodyfat in the first pic to ~17% bodyfat in the last pic. Maybe also late puberty face changes? Not sure honestly, didn't have any surgery in any case.

My face is literally only this angular because of the lighting and the angle the photo was shot I suppose. Just went back in my photo-folder. These are pics taken in the same month as that last one were talking about.

Same day pics, when I was doing my hair inside of my room:

This is actually true. When I was low bodyfat my face looked gaunt, sunken and narrow. I unironically look better at 15% bf than 8% bf facewise.
