take banana that is between ripe and unripe, just in the middle, measure from the bottom and make about the size of your penis, cut near top and then debone the banana peel, first you want to loosen it at the top so you can get in there and pull er out, after it's a little loose u will mush it around a little bit inside the peel, this will add extra lubrication before you pull the whole banana out. if it gets stuck just use a fork or spoon and then ur good to go.
