My current diet is so close to perfect, I’m getting the perfect amount of every single nutrient except those 3. I’m at 1300 calories with another 15-45 depending on how many monsters I drink.

Currently the nutrient load looks like this:

6 eggs, 1bs 90/10 ground beef, 3 12oz 0 sugar white monster

Protein: 156g
Carbs: 24g
Fiber: 0g
Sugar: 7g
Fat: 78g
Cholesterol: 1,618mg
Sodium: 1,61mg
Potassium: 2,246mg
Vitamin a: 0mg
Vitamin c: 0mg
Calcium: 370mg
Iron: 8.6mg

Low carbs and sugar is good for a cut so I don’t need more of those. I just need fiber and vit a/c

Broccoli would be the best for fiber, and vitamin C and A. Or you can consume sweet potatoes for vitam A and C as well.
