Such an insane health max. Stomach and skin has felt much better since I started. Reducing blood sugar spikes is an underrated LIFE max.

What proteins do you eat?

What carbs do you avoid?
Morning 8-9am: x2 eggs with 3 slices of toast. A spread of cheese. Altogether: 32g protein.

1 egg = 6g protein

1 slice of toast = 5g protein

1 Cheese triangle = 5g protein

Afternoon: 12 pm: 1 steak with chips/ Chicken rice broccoli both have 49g protein at least.

3 pm: Protein shake + banana + crisp packet = 31g protein

6 pm: Yoghurt, pittta bread = 24g protein

8 pm: protein shake bottle before bed: 20g protein

So basically 40g protein every 3 hours

Chad diet : 140g protein minimum coukd go up to 200g avoid carbs (max 120g carbs)

I measured lower blood sugar spikes, experience less thirst, have less acne flare-ups and have fewer stomach problems. Basically, a lot of refined carbs have such high glycemic indexes that metabolically healthy people can experience diabetic-level blood sugar spikes when eating them. The health effects of this are very well studied.


Now this doesn't mean go overboard and eat some retarded keto/ carnivore/ paleo bullshit diet. Simply being mindful and cutting out unnecesary high glycemic index foods is perfectly good enough.

If ur high protein moderate fat, unless u doing some keto or carnivore shit u don't need to be super low on carbs, like 100-170g is fine.

That's still v low compared to average western diet which would be like 300g, or average indian which would be like 500g

I cut out extra high glycemic index filler and always make sure to eat carbs along with protein, fat, and fibre. It's about being mindful that certain foods can spike your blood sugar more than you might think.

That's still v low compared to average western diet which would be like 300g, or average indian which would be like 500g

its less about the total carbs and more about the glycemic index. Having rapidly changing blood sugar is what causes you to feel unwell. Also my family has really bad type2 diabetic genes so i need to be extra careful.

Rice, wheat-noodles, beer, pastries, sugar-containing drinks and potato. Carbs in moderation is ok though. It's not about an exact diet its about having a feel for what will spike your blood sugar to uncomfortable levels. You should get a monitor and measure it for a few days.

Average indian eats way below 40g protein bhai, I reckon around 15-25g us average.

Lot of proteincels here doing 200g plus, not needed.

I do 170g protein, 80g carbs, 60-80g fat and that's enough. Never do more than 30g protein in a meal, can't absorb more than rhat lol

Bread, rice, crisps, protein powder. Protein powder is horrid indigestible crap. Vegetables are manmade toxic garbage with inedible fibre. Just stick with animal products avoid manmade foods(grains, veges, powders, supps, oils)

The powders are not bad. It’s their veganism that fucked them diet wise. All of Africa and Asia had various diets filled with “powder” only Europeans didn’t hence why even today WHYPIPO cannot season food.
