Low Carb Low sodium foods

Been seeing how minimalizing carb and salt intake may fix bloat here's a quick list with foods to consume on low carb low salt diet:

-Meats and Fish, talking abt real meat not packed Salami or whatever... packed meats contain lots of sodium!!! Basically anything is good.
-Nuts, Almonds, Walnuts, Chia Seeds, Pecans, Sesame Seed, Sunflower seed (Basically any nut or seed). Buy unsalted versions, Nuts are also a good Potassium source.
-Vegetables, Avocado, Tomatoes, Spinach, Broccoli, Radishes etc. Stay away from potatoes, corn, peas and unions. The rest is fine. Vegetables are also a great source for potassium.
-Dairy, Butter (unsalted), Greek Yogurt, almond milk. Stay away from cheese since those can contain high amounts of salt, or buy low salt versions of them ofc, same goes for other dairy products like cottage cheese.
-Fruits, Raspberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Watermelon (Fruits are relatively high in carbs, just eat them in moderation.
