@Orc is it possible to gain efficiently with a low carb moderate-high fat moderate protein diet? To gain and never been bloated?

I did a bulk with high carbs and I gain 5 Kg in 1 year. Bf more or less the same but I was always bloated. I’m asking cause when I reduce my carbs intake I debloat really fast, so I was wondering if a high fat diet could be the answer for me. I’m not a normie doing stupid bulks to put unnecessary kilos, I do things with logic

I know a guy who is like 10% BF and eats 800g carbs a day and isnt bloated at all
 
I don’t see the benefit of low-carb diets. I eat a somewhat low-carb diet but that’s not because I’m trying to but because I avoid certain foods like processed foods and PUFAs

Carbs r just for energy for muscle
U will gain more muscle if u eat carb
But other shit like high fat works too ig
Sam sulek drinks a dextrose shake after every workout of his to replenish muscle glycogen stores

I did the impossible this year to try to fit them in my diet. Idk probably some intolerances

If you eat enough protein and cals. Yes you can gain muscle on keto
