Low cheekbones + not defined

I got like 0 definition to my cheekbones even though im very lean. Im 16 btw so surgerys wont be possible for another 2-3 yrs. I got some of the worst cheekbones known to man it sells my whole face. what can i do about this

U cant, just wait for fillers and surgeries, tho wolf's law from hiperthrophing your masseters may add more bonemass to your zygos but ur a little old for that to work. And your face will become square from so much masseter muscle growth

under 5k u can only get zygomatic fillers, they inject you some fluid into your zygo area and it solidifies, just be careful when getting into a fight

There is only one way to get higher set cheekbones is by bone shaving then putting implants on a higher place
