Not sure if low cortisol is the right description but I am meaning to describe the slavs that just don't give a fuck
I was getting a bus from city to the airport and you are meant to pay cash to the bus driver if you haven't pre booked your ticket
Last time I got that specific bus many people paid cash before getting on
But the Slav bus driver didn't check tickets or ask anyone for money, he just told people to get onto the bus once they had put their luggage into luggage storage.
There were about 40 people already on the bus from the first stop then about 10 people got on at my stop
I assume he took payments at the first stop then at the second stop he was just too lazy to spend a few minutes taking cash and handing out change to people
He was a huge framed mogger and around 6'4 also
