Low dose accutane and my question behind it

Accutane is known for inhibiting to cartilage growth, whether in your face or other growth areas. I don't know if this is prevalent in lower doses, I also wonder if anything can offset this? I take GH 6IU and 200mg Deca (ofc other stuff but those directly affect cartilage and collagen for the better)

Micro dosing accutane is a good idea to keep nose size for cartilage growth but

Taking Sub therapeutic dose pirfenidone to control soft tissue cartilage growth 600MG every day could work
