Low dose Accutane for rosacea

I would run 10mg Accutane. Should I still try to hit a cumulative dose even though my dose is so low? How effective would this be for helping rosacea and because of the low dose could I use tret alongside it? Any input is appreciated

for rosacea, close to no effects. research what accutane actually does. Maybe try azeleic acid 20% instead
