low dose Accutane to keep results?

I'm on 40mg of Accutane right now and was curious if after I'm done my cycle and my acne is all gone, would it be beneficial to low dose it at 5-10mg to keep the results and make sure it never comes back?

No, it's still a very low dose. It's maintenance, it will keep your skin pristine.
