LOW DOSE ORAL MINOXDILL AND LOW BLOOD PRESSURE

I would like to start oral min for my thin hair
BUT i have low blood pressure ( cold hands and feet etc )
Eating more salt is out of question because BLOAT
Fix for this?

I dont mind hypertrichosis
