low dose reta for insulin sensitivity

is low dose reta with HGH a good idea? I’m a pretty skinny guy so any benefits from reta won’t really apply to me. I heard that reta promotes insulin sensitivity which could counteract the IR hgh gives. Thoughts? Any better things to use?

Maybe mots-c could help better if you cannot handle the apetite suppresión, you could do both too, also walking 15 minutes after every meal will help
